When the Rain Comes
Songs seem to really resonate with me these days. I was talking on the phone tonight when the memories of this song came back to me - a song about rain that is drenched with memories both sad and happy. This song is dedicated to a long lost friend who was lost such a long time ago. All my prayers to you, wherever you are. . .may the sunshine on your life and God hold you when the rain does come, and know that my prayers still remain as ever.
When the rain comes you think that everyone has gone away,
When the night falls you wonder if you shouldn't find someplace. . .
To run and hide,
Escape the pain,
But hiding's such a lonely thing to do.
I can't stop the rain from falling down on you again,
I can't stop the rain, but i will hold you till it goes away. . .
When the rain comes you blame it on the things that you have done,
When the storm fades you know the rain has fall'n on everyone. . .
So rest a while,
It will be alright,
No one loves you like I do.
I can't stop the rain from falling down on you again,
I can't stop the rain, but i will hold you,
I can't stop the rain from falling down on you again,
I can't stop the rain, but i will hold you till it goes away. . .

awesome. If only your name weren't gal-pal, i would love for you to weather the storms of life with me. heh heh.
What a nice little song, not my favorite but none the less a nice song. This is a good one...***Warning:You will not be able to get it out of your head*** http://www.metacafe.com/watch/1303/mana_mana/
eric, you need to hear the song to truly appreciate it. The music adds a lot, i think. good good stuff! :) Ty- I LOVED the photo. Did you steal it from my contact guy on flickr? Cause it looks his style...
oh, and by the way, Ty, when I originally played that song for you, what I wanted you to take from the song was the way God loves YOU and the way He is always there for YOU rather than fuel the desire for you to be that for someone else. But whatever. :)
Eric and tyler and bj:
I put the mana nana song on my blog!!! it's so funny!
I know what the song intends and I never intended it otherwise...it her and I's hurt, it was always a good reminder of where we should turn. We both musta liked it so much cause we were always breakin' up and it seemed the rain was always coming down. Hilarious, what a time of life
Who in the world lives in new york city that's looking so much?
why are you so obsessed with your stats? we had a good game of phone tag going last night but you never left me a message so i never knew what you wanted. I'm sorry if i called back too late the last time - i didn't realize it was almost midnight your time until after it already started ringing. anyways - i should be around tonight if you wanna call. peace
Hi Eric. I figured if it was not Matt it had to be a Tucker, well your a close associate.
Tyler, Thanks for sharing your songs and who's the long lost? Ok "...not a soup question." Anyway if I wanted to know of song lyrics I'd look them up, not go to your blog. Got any orginal thoughts? Enjoy yourself and others overthere in Bean town.
I used to have a stuff Boston Baked Bean, his name was "BooYah!!!" Em gave him to me. He was awesome, I wonder where he is right now?
I'm not sure where he is now...but I'm betting an hour - hour and a half after being eaten I can take a good guess where he was at. I'll give you a hint, spinning in a bowl of water underneath a bright bright moon
who does the song?
