When Dreams Become Real
This past weekend put the final touch on things before I move to Boston. I travelled up to the Twin Cities for Mike and Kendra's wedding...I was able to say goodbye to some of my oldest, closest friends and also hang out with several of the new ones who live in Boston. I'll post about the wedding possibly tomorrow night or after I arrive in Boston - I have well over sixty pictures from the days I was there, don't worry, I won't put them all on here. Dusty has advised me to do two installments of the weekend and I think he's right on there. Perhaps one tomorrow, and one later...hopefully. Meanwhile, I have acquired new pictures of where I will be living next year, "The Purple Palace." I've included several of the pictures at the bottom so feel free to check the place out. I'm sure some of you are figuring it's a step down from the luxury I lived in this year - but, this place looks like it's got some character, and while I could never replace Mike and Brett, my best friends, I'm excited to meet these new roommates of mine. My room is quite blue - I think that might be the first project of mine...but as you can piece together, the house is three stories with a basement, middle level, and top floor. The living room and other areas seem awesome, gotta love the wood floors! All in all - I am very excited. Wish me luck!! Speaking of which...I am not completely sure who all reads this blog, whether you're an avid reader or just browsing by or even just drop in from time to time - please wish me luck on my trip and say a prayer for my family as we travel. Don't let me arrive in Boston with only one or two "good luck" comments!! Let's see who all reads this thing, don't be shy, my best to you all - thank you so much for everyone who has invested in this part of my life, your help has been beyond words...all my love

Well, it is bright (well not really so bright since it has been raining for two days) and early on sunday morning. it really sucks getting old when your body is on a time clock and you can't sleep in any more. So, I got a little choked up when I saw the picture of the truck in the driveway. I was hoping I was going to be able to see you again before you leave, but it doesn't seem that that is going to happen. I'm glad we were all able to get together for one last hoorah before you left. I'm very excited for you and will miss you tons, even though we don't see eachother much, it is just knowing someone is here. keep in touch. we will be praying for you.
Love Ya, Laura
fishing for complements are we... alright, here's the sound-bite "tyler, i read your blog. good luck, have a safe trip and i'll talk to you soon."
It was awesome seeing you and everyone tonight Tyler, thanks for inviting me. I will miss you tons while you are gone, but I know that everything will be amazing in Boston. I look forward to seeing you there in the fall. Good luck on the trip and in Boston! I'll talk to you soon about the journey there! Have a good day! Your cousin Scott
I love you and will miss you and am so, so proud of you. I know that God will do mighty things in and through you as you start a new chapter on the east coast.

Ok, I read (when Laura calls and says too...) But am pretty sure now that you are gone I will read on a more regular basis! I only teared up 3 times yesterday as we followed you up the Highway! I wish you luck and love of course, It will be an amazing part of your life!!
Those of you that read regularly give us an extra prayer.. Our lives passed before us as we saw two cars squeeze in between us (the penske and civic) and slam on breaks as we merged into one lane... All I could see was us hitting the car in front of us, them hitting Ty, him hitting th truck in front of him, and they hitting the car that squeezed them out! Tyler then told us the Semi behind us when to the shoulder!! Augh!
Off to Boston tomorrow.. Your new Home I wish you the best, and remember we are just a phone call away!
ps.. for those of you reading the spelling mistakes.. and thinking .. I assumed she could spell! I can spell just not type!
